Founded in 1992, Evanston-based The HUMAN Organization, Inc., helps employers in the Chicago metro area, and neighboring states, create hostile-free work environments.
Dana M. Pearl, President of The HUMAN Organization, Inc., received her MBA in Personnel Management from Loyola University and her BA in Sociology and Spanish from Northwestern University.
Ms. Pearl is a former investigator with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where she handled complaints of sexual harassment, sex, race, national origin, and age discrimination.
In addition, Ms. Pearl has held human resource management positions in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Her responsibilities included training, policy and employee manual reviews, employee relations, recruiting, interviewing and hiring.
